Olivino's primary focus is on the production of high-quality, artisan extra virgin olive oil. Our newly built facility in Mendocino County’s Hopland is located within a few miles from the largest concentration of olive growers in North America. We offer a full range of solutions for daily deliveries from 0.5 to 20 tons.

Our objective is to support local olive growers in achieving superior product quality. Featuring both a traditional stone mill and a modern blade crusher, our 1.5 ton / hour system can process up to 4 different batches simultaneously. We accommodate custom, a-la-carte service as well as full package solutions that may include branding and distribution support.

We also offer a climate-controlled, 6,000 sqf Wine Storage Warehouse for cased goods. While our milling customers benefit from this a great deal, our storage service also provides convenient relief to regional wineries and other producers.

And for good measure, we also produce our own extra virgin olive oil and wine, grown organically on our land, and offered under our Terra Savia brand. The success of our Classic Tuscan and Pure Moraiolo olive oil reflects our commitment to quality.
